These terms govern your use of ZADOK. By creating an account you agree to them.
ZADOK is an AI assistant that monitors business data you connect, produces briefings, and proposes actions such as tasks, calendar events, email drafts, and social posts. Actions execute only with your approval, or under autopilot settings you explicitly enable, each with a veto window and a full audit log.
You're responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, for reviewing actions before approving them, and for the content ZADOK publishes or sends on your behalf once you approve it. Don't use ZADOK for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
ZADOK's outputs are AI-generated and can be wrong. Briefings, metrics interpretations, and drafts are decision support, not financial, legal, or professional advice. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.
Plans are monthly subscriptions ($79–$499) with included credits, plus optional credit top-ups, processed by Stripe. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. Cancel anytime from Manage Billing; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Credits are consumed per action, and the amount varies — spoken replies cost more than text, and longer replies cost more than short ones. Your balance and recent usage are shown in the app. Unused credits carry over, but a balance may not exceed two months of your plan’s allowance, and changing plans mid-cycle moves you to the new plan’s allowance rather than adding a further month. Neither rule ever reduces a balance you already hold, including purchased top-ups. Credits have no cash value, are not refundable or transferable, and are forfeited if the account is cancelled or deleted.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service's integrity, with notice where practical.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
